Charles F. Trucios earned his professional law degree (Abogado) from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is admitted to practice in the country of Perú. Prior to returning to the United States, he advised and counseled foreign investors in Perú dealing with corporate, foreign investment regulations and business-related matters for a boutique firm in Lima. Because of his knowledge of the civil law system common throughout Latin America and language abilities (he is fluent in English and Spanish), he brings a valuable perspective when handling business and corporate matters in multiple jurisdictions, in reviewing and drafting sophisticated legal documents (private and public documents), and while working closely with Latin American counsel and dealing with governmental authorities in Spanish.
